If it your first order you wont get a custome rnumber until the you have received the delivery. You can then register online and you can view your account, no they are not related to Studio, they are part of the Redcats Group (La Redoute, Daxon, Empire and Vertbaudet).So if you opt to open an account it will be added to your account.

It doesnt come out that quick, usually a couple of days, you should be able to check the status of the order if you have a customer number on line, mine says delivery will be soon and the price is free

Keep trying to registar but it wants my Customer Reference Number - It does'nt come with the email - does it come with delivery? (has anyone else got theirs!)

Hi i just came on to tell all about this code, but someone got here before me lol. anyway i ordered this earlier but still havnt had my conformation email yet, but so havnt alot of others. There is another code for free delivery which is PF1442, but i couldnt figure out where to put the code in. You guys night have better luck though. So anyway....fingers crossed

It says on the confirmation E mail they send you that you can check your order progress online, but it asks for the customer number, which I dont have, If it comes with the goods what is the point of the order checking facility
