Just popped into my local Tesco and on the baking section all the cake decorations were heavily reduced

Jelly diamonds 12p
sugar strands 12p
silver balls 9p
hundreds and thousands 13p
food colourings 15p
alphabet icing 67p
writing icing 87p

there were a few other bits but sold out in my store

I bought quite a few bits great for kids to decorate fairy cakes with

You beat me to it! I had my shop delivered today (from the Exeter store) and I had ordered these - I thought they might be close to the sell-by date, but it's not until next year. So silver balls on the Christmas cake this year, then!
