Hi everyone,
After reading about how great tweezerman tweezers are on this
board, I decided to treat myself and get some. The only problem - is they have gone blunt sooooo quickly. When i pluck my eyebrows it struggles to grab the fine hairs, does anyone else have this problems as I'm sure they were meant to stay sharp for life!!!!

I thought the thing with Tweezerman tweezers was not that they're meant to stay sharp forever, but that you can get them resharpened free of charge whenever you need to...

Last I checked you had to send them to the US to get them sharpened, that's why I didn't bother buying them. May have changed since. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Have they gone blunt, or is the angle where they meet wrong.
Mine get used for allsorts of things and I've noticed that the ends no longer meet squarely. It's almost as though the arms are too flat, they look like they've been stood on.

Not sharpe for life, just that you can send them back to be re - sharpened whenever you need to.
You do need to keep the caps on tweezers and to keep them protected. Dropping them ruins them, the alignment gets messed up and they no longer "work"
NOBODY is allowed to use my tweezermans, only me0
