what do i do?regarding egg card and..

hi all i have recently asked for my cca for my egg card which arrived all looks ok but had absolutly nothing regarding ppi, no wording on it, no tick box no signiture box nothing, absolutly zip!!I realised after looking at some of my statements (they wont send all of them as they say its my responsibility to have them!) that i have been paying ppi each month. i called egg up and was origninally told by two different people that it would be on my credit agreement if i took out ppi ( these calls i recorded;) !) so i sent off my reclaim letter.
I received a letter back from them in less than a week saying get lost, because in my application review it has a box saying ppi, so i took it out?! but the box is there with ppi option but there is no tick box or signiture box on the appliaction with me confirming that i want it?!so to sumarise (!) i now have both cca and application review page that has no sig box or tick box saying i want ppi, so what do i do?( would it be easier for me to post the cca and online app up so you guys can look over them?)

I would reply and say that you have the documents and there is no tick box or siggy box and you do not and never have wanted PPI. Did you SAR them for the statements?? If so remind them of their legal obligations to provide you with everything they hold on you for the last 6 years.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000

thanks pix for replying. sorry what does sar them mean? i sent them the first and second letter to get them to send me my cca, is that what you mean?sorry i am dumb!0

SAR is a subject access request. For a fee of £10 the company is obligated to send you all the data it holds on you (including statements/transaction lists) for 6 years. If they won't within 40 days then they are breaching the data protection act and can be reported for that.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000
