I have just seen this new 1000 points on £50.00 spend code for tesco.com on Wine and can confirm it has just worked for me 
The code is: XX-KHP6 and is valid on all deliveries up to 5/10/08.

That's what it said on my primary account that I use 99% of the time (and thus use lots of codes with). I signed in to a second account and the code works fine. You'll find that is the solution for many people who can't get a code to work when others can.

Don't want to put a dampener on this as I don't know if this is the case all the time, but this has happened before - if the wine code hasn't been sent to you personally it can be that it goes through OK on the Tesco site but is rejected on your invoice when the wine is delivered to you.0
