Good Morning everybody :hello: :hello: :hello:
Couldn't find it this morning, so I am starting today's 'daily spend' thread, as I'm not going to be about that much, this morning - must visit my dad, as it's his birthday.
So, fully armed with birthday card that I bought last year (Buy one get one free offer) I shall disappear for the rest of the morning.
In the meantime - keep posting those spends - large, small, budgetted or not - just to keep you on track, and ultimately on top, of your spending, with the three little words:
And have a great day

Nothing today, although I may grab the pennies and go and buy 58p worth of noodles later!Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.0

Good morning Rog2
Spent £2.97 on cheese, forgot to buy it in the weekly shop - oops. Still it will improve several of the store-cupboard meals I have planned for the rest of this week. Means I have £7.03 for the rest of the week - what could I spend that 3p on I wonder....

Morning all
Today is hte day I have to do some shopping - I am quite pleased as it is exactly a week since I last did shopping with only one top up being breadcakes for work lunches. I'll post back once I have done the list - and maybe even once I have done the shopping.0 -
Hi,
I would love a NSD today. Its my DS' bday tomorrow. I haven't bought a present yet! He wants a tent, not sure where to get one or how much its going to cost. I'm going to look on Tesco Direct and see if they have anything, at least then I'll get points!0 -
I spent today, finishing my lovely run of NSDs
However, it was a very MSE spend, I spent £1.08 on posting a letter for an additional card for mum's credit card so I can use it abroad and take advantage of their 0% commission :money:No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

must visit my dad, as it's his birthday.
Happy birthday to him! (assume his name is R!!! ?)
I took the train part of the way to work, before walking the rest of the way (about 6 miles - I got to work covered in mud!) so just £1.60 on train fare - which always seems like a lot, but actually is a lot cheaper than driving. Because I only think about the cost of diesel when I'm swearing at the pumps, I never see it that way.
I'd have thought that my exertions to and from work would mean that I haven't got the energy to witter on about nothing, but I've just proved myself wrong!
So in summary - £1.60 today!Overpay!0 -
