When/what did you first win?

I'm quite sure this has been posted before, but I did search and couldn't find anything...


Anyway, I was wondering, how long after starting comping on here did you have your first win? Also, what did you win?

My first win was in March .A couple of weeks after I started comping. A months supply of butter from Kerrygold. Very nice.

My first win here was a mookie basketball set from baby website two weeks after I started comping in June. I had a win last year (I only entered one competition, once) with Renault F1, I won grandstand Silverstone tickets for the 2007 British Grand Prix and parking, a renault F1 goodybag, lunch and breakfast.

After 2 weeks of comping on here I won a "SO" perfume gift set...

My biggest win to date is either a Tefal Quick Cup (which has been the best win EVER!!!) or the Loreal Hamper which I won 2 weeks ago after not comping for a while so its given me the determination to carry on :j

After just under two weks comping on here I won a case of cider.

I used to do comps on and off before, nothing as organised as this. I suppose my biggest win then was a 9ct gold Lord of the Rings ring, which I still have!

I just started comping in mid July and to date have won a book. I enter all the new ones on here every day and also ones I find on my own in the local paper etc.

I get a bit down about it sometimes because it seems that some people are winning all the time but I know my time will come. Don't get me wrong I'm pleased with my book and i'm happy for those winners on here but I have to be honest I would love a biggie, and when it happens you'll all hear about it here first

While on the subject- I just want to take this opportunity to thanks all the people on here who work so hard in finding and posting the comps, and the moderators who keep it all tidy and in order, you're all great and without all your hard work we wouldn't stand a chance!

I've been comping for over 8 years now, using a site called The Prize Finder.

Over those years I've won 4 prizes! My first, some 4 years after starting, was a speed camera detector, before Sat Navs became available, then Office XP and £200 John Lewis Vouchers.

My latest a digital camera, which was the most useful, as my current camera is 5 years old, and is starting to show its age now.

i started comping in oct or nov 07, spending most of my lunch hour at work entering, but i didnt get a win till march, i think it was - a set of posh saucepans, lovely!

now i seem to get a smallish win once or twice a month, no big wins yet tho, but always hoping.....

whenever i get fed up of comping and think ill never win again something turns up so i start again! these ending tomorrow lists are fantastic tho, thanks to everyone who is brave enough to do them:T

My fist win was a hell girl dvd in march, had 2 win today though a rizla wallet and a picnic guide book
