Abbey online Regular Transfer not working

Has anyone else had problems with the "Regular Transfer" facility with Abbey, I've requested money to be transferred twice in the past few days (did it again when it didn't transfer 1st time) and it hasn't transferred?
Really don't feel like another conversation with India after last weeks Tiscali problems :mad:

Are you trying to move this money internally with Abbey or to an external account ?

Hi, internally. Do this quite regularly but not working now even though it is giving me a reference number for actioning it.
Really hate/dread ringing Abbey for technical help, just wondering if anybody else had the same problem.

To move funds manually within Abbey you should be using the 'move money' function rather than the 'Regular transfer' function surely. The Reg Trans is like an internal S/O which is normally set up by them.

You have to have your accounts "linked" to the same card for the Move money option, I've been transferring every month for years with the regular transfer option and its worked until this week.
