Vauxhall GMAC - Telephone number

Hi,

Can anyone help me please?

I changed banks this month and my new bank didn't pay my DD to GMAC for my car, got a letter from GMAC telling me to pay themover the phone via debit card. I'm trying to do that now but cannot get through to them for love nor money.

The number on their letter id: 08457-123444

I have also tried phoning their other customer service number i found on the web which is: 08457-123445 and still cannot get through to anyone.

Can anyone help me please, i need to pay this!

They have a callback system via their website - at least that way they can call you and won't keep you on hold forever.

cheers, turned out they were having technical probs this mornng and their phones weren't working.
