what happens next?

ok have sent the CCCA letter today with postal order of £1 - now i KNOW they havent got a signed credit agreement so after the 12 days have passed, do i contact them again? what do i say?

    Also they will take it as working days...so if you say i expect a reply in 10 days time that could be two weeks...
    sometimes they will fob you off with a general letter saying they are looking into it, but will give you a timescale.

    sent them a letter from the national debt website, says they have 12 working days. Can they fob you off? (doesnt matter if they do - as i say i KNOW they havent got the signed credit agreement because it wasnt signed) sent recorded delivery and postal order is crossed so can track it

    They have 12 working days from receipt of the request to supply the documentation, after which they are legally 'in default'.

    You don't have to do anything, since the ball is in their court. Some people advocate sending reminder letters, but there is no real need unless you want to respond to an inadequate reply or continued harassment.
