Thinking about bankruptcy

Hi all,
I posted on here about my decision on going bankrupt i do think it my be the way to go but i have a few more reservasions, First i am currently split for my wife we have not lived together for a year now, would my wife be affected by my bankruptcy?, also i currently have a co op basic bank account i opend it when i went on a DMP with cccs would this account be affected by bankruptcy i dont owe anything to the co op its just my normal wages and bills account.

Your wife would only be affected if you have any joint loans/cc/overdrafts. In which case she would become liable for them on you bc. If nothing in joint name then no.
Your co-op account may well be safe but that is not foolproof .If it has been open a while the OR may well want to check it.
