Bank Charges

Hi,
Am in the process of being set up on a DMP and my partner on an IVA and I wondered if you can re-claim bank charges while on these.
Every month over £200 is being added in charges and at the moment we are paying £50 per month.
Just seems like there is no way out from this mess!!
Thanks,
Pinky

As far as I am aware you can reclaim charges. Might be worth posting on the bank charge reclaim board on MSE though - they have far more knowledge!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Nothin to stop you reclaiming, however i think that they do have the right to set any "goodwill payments" as they like to refer to them against your debt.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
