It's closed already. The link to the survey is send instantly. Click next and it says you do not qualify.

If its not coming up, check your popup/ad blockers. I have NoScript Firefox add on and had to ask it to allow a few things.

Took me 15 minutes and I stopped to watch something whilst doing it! I guess I am gettign faster at these things
