I just went to M&S homepage and typed sale in keyword and 7 pages of sale items came up, not categorised, all mixed in together.0

Most of the order that i placed yesterday has been cancelled - therefore i cancelled the rest of the delivery as it wasn,t worth the P&PHow much ?????????!!!0

I placed an order on Sunday as soon as this thread was posted - only got confirmation yesterday with just a couple of items on it, 1 bag and 1 top, but free p&p.
Nothing about other items on order not available, no phone calls to say out of stock or anything .
When order placed it said everything in stock 0 -
Just received this reply to my query:
When we went to get the items to pack and despatch at our warehouse, we identified a discrepancy with the quantity our systems had been showing as available. This can happen towards the end of a season or during sale periods as the last few items are misplaced, or get damaged and the system is not updated. You have not been charged for these items and your new order total is..................
Oh well that's that - not to worry just disappointed about the gilet as that was a lovely Christmas present.:(:(0 -
