Wish me luck

can't belive whats been happening with my mortgage they tried to take out too much money out of my account (I am not or was not in arrears) As I did not have the £1500 extra in my account that they were asking for my bank account charged me but when I told the mortgage company what had happened they represented for the same amount again   this resulted in more charges £70 in total just come off the phone to them as they promised me the refund of charges would be in my account today and they are not. I got really angry and argued the point that it is ok for them to charge me when I make errors but I can't do it the other way round I know they have refunded my charges but that goes to abbey not me. So I have told them I am making an official complaint and going as far as I can to get back my administration charges i.e recorded delivery letter, phonecalls, time sorting it.
well you never know your luck I'll have to see if I can get anything :D
Make £5 a day in May total so far £2

Go for it. Do you pay by Direct debit as a lot of banks have a DD guarantee ie if they mess things up then they won't make you suffer financially. Might be worth having a chat with your bank.
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)
