1. Presentation of the Organising Company
   LSF Network Inc. are a U.S. company registered in the State of Delaware with their operational headquarters located at 395 Oyster Point Boulevard, Suite 110, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States of America, located in France at 33 avenue de Wagram, 75854 Paris Cedex, registered with the Register of Paris under number 430 440 768 prosecutions and acting diligence on its legal representatives, domiciled in that capacity in that seat, will be referred to as the "Organizer" organizing a “Promotion” without purchasing obligation from the 23/06/2008 at 00:01 until the 01/09/2008 at 23:59, entitled:
   “FRANCE 24 Free Competition: The news in pictures”
   This game is accessible on the FRANCE 24 website by using the two following URLs:

2. Dates
   The Promotion called “FRANCE 24 Free Competition: News in pictures” hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion" will start on 23/06/2008 00h 01 (GMT +1), and finish on the 01/09/2008 23:59 (GMT +1).
   
   These dates can be extended according to the organisers of the Promotion.
3. Participants
   Anyone who participates in the game will be hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".
   
   This is a free entry game with no purchasing obligation and is open to anyone apart from:
   • Staff employed by the LSF Network and their family (same name, same address).
   • Staff employed by FRANCE 24 and their family (same name, same address).
   • Any person having participated directly or indirectly to the development of the game
   Any participant under the age of 18 years must be granted the permission of a parent or guardian to participate in the sweepstake and agree to the terms involved. The Organizer reserves the right to ask participants to obey these regulations and to disqualify any participant or winner who does not abide by these terms. Participation in the sweepstake will be valid only when the entry form and required information have been provided. Any record containing errors or inappropriate or defamatory language will be considered invalid. Accordingly, incomplete entries for example entries with errors, forged or falsified will not be taken into consideration and the Participant that submitted such an entry will be deprived of any right to obtain a prize.
   
   The Organizer reserves the right to make all necessary checks regarding the identity and addresses of participants.
   
   To participate in the sweepstake, all participants must use the entry form provided by the Organizer otherwise the Participant will be excluded. No other entry form will be accepted.
   
   In all cases, the Participant must have a valid email address.
4. Access to the operation
   
   In order to play, participants must have internet access on the 23/06/2008.

5. Registration and principle of the game
   
   To participate in the draw, participants will join the Promotion by completing a registration form and completing all the following fields:

   I agree and consent to FRANCE 24 Free Competition: “News in pictures" terms and conditions.
   I agree to test alerts and newsletters from FRANCE 24 free of obligation.
   Every Participant who will correctly fill out the registration form on the promotional homepage will automatically be entered into the draw to get a chance of winning a Canon EOS 400D Digital SLR Camera.
   
   In order to validate the registration, the Participant must follow the procedure described below:
   - Only one person per household (same name, same address, and same email address) is authorized to participate in the Promotion.
   
   - The Participant must be older than 18 years as from Monday the 23/06/2008.
   By validating their registration to “The news in pictures” competition, participants will gain a free access to a dedicated MY FRANCE 24 space and will receive the MY FRANCE 24 letter, privileges that participants can cancel at any time by clicking on a dedicated link.
   
   The Participant will be provided with four images and four dates. The player has to associate the dates to the images. Participants who correctly carry out this task will be offered a chance to click a button to instantly determine whether or not they have won the amazing Club Med trip.
   
   Anyone with incorrect answers to the above exercise will be excluded completely for a chance to become an instant winner but will remain entered to the final draw to win the Canon EOS 400D Digital SLR Camera.
   
   To protect the chances of each user, only the first participation (IP address as proof) will be taken into account.
   It is strictly forbidden to use automatic participation systems.
6. Description of the incentives
   The photos and illustrations of the incentives are not binding.
   
   Will to win during the Promotion:
   
   - The draw:
   
   1 camera “Canon EOS-400D Digital SLR” (estimated value of 539 €).
   
   The value for the incentive is the price in euros if one was to purchase in France at the time of drawing up the regulations. It is given as a mere indication and is likely to change.
   
   - Instant Win:
   1 trip worth 2 000 euros in connection with Club Med brand.
   A conversion will be decided based on the currency of the country residence of the winner (official exchange rate made at the date of filing of the settlement on the 13/06/2008).
7. Terms of awarding prizes
   The draw: The draw will take place on the 03/09/08 under the control of Master Simonin, Bailiff of Justice of the SCP SIMONIN and LE MAREC, acting as representatives of the courts of Paris.
   The winner wins the incentive mentioned in Article 6 "draw".
   
   The winner will be notified of his winnings by an electronic message to the e-mail address appointed by the Participant upon registration.
   
   The prize will be sent to the winner by courier to the address given by the winner during the registration process within 2 months.
   The winner must agree to all terms and conditions. If it is discovered that the winner does not conform to the criteria defined in these terms and conditions, the prize will not be attributed and will remain the property of the organiser.
   
   The instant winner:
   
   The instant winner is chosen by the Organizer on a determined date.
   In the case of that the Participant does not respond the organisers will choose another winner.
   The eligible Participant must complete validate a special form indicating their address at that time (with zip code, city, country).
   * The fields marked by an asterisk are obligatory and necessary in order for the prizes to be sent to the correct address.
   
   It is only the Participant who validates the form that will be deemed the winner. If the form is not validated in an hour by an eligible Participant, the Instant Win will be replayed until another candidate is chosen.
   
   A winner of the incentive mentioned in Article 6 will be referred to as the “instant winner”
   
   The prize will be sent to the winner by courier to the address given by the winner during the registration process within 2 months or LSF Network will be directly paid the sum indicated in Article 6 "Instant Win" by the Club Med with the winner’s country of residence before the 31/12/2008 taken in to consideration.
   Generally speaking, the winner has no right to contest the prize allocated nor to demand an exchange. The organiser is in no way replacing the vendor of the prize; in consequence, the winner agrees to waive all claims against the organiser concerning the prize, and notably its condition, quality and any events resulting from its ownership and use.
   
   The organizer reserves the right to replace an incentive by the payment of its value in cash, taking the euro as the currency if external circumstances were to arise.
   
   The winners will receive a letter of acknowledgment from the company LSF Network or a person authorised by the company.
   
   LSF Network or a representative for the company may also notify the winner by e-mail.
   
   LSF Network or the third party will not be held responsible if the postal address does not coincide to that of the winner, whether incorrect or if the winner is unreachable. In this case it is not the responsibility of LSF Network or the third party to track down the winner. If this should occur the winner will not receive the incentive and will not be awarded damages or compensation.
   If in the case that the details of the winner are in any way invalid, LSF Network will remain the only owner of the incentive in question.
   Generally speaking, if the e-mail address provided at the point of registration does not match that of the winner, LSF Network society will be in no case held responsible.
8. Refund Request
   
   LSF Network will reimburse any Participant who requests the costs associated with connection and participation in the Promotion. However, the company LSF Network is not obliged to reimburse those Participants who are in breech of the conditions when participating in the Promotion.
   
   Costs incurred for participation in the game via the Internet will be reimbursed upon request by mail accompanied by the documents indicated below to the address:

   No refund request sent by electronic mail will be taken into account.
   
   Reimbursement of participation:
   Any refund request should be sent within ten days (postmark as proof) following participation and include, upon availability, the documents required on the following basis:
   
   For participation the amount refunded will be 0.25 euros, corresponding to the communications costs of connecting to the game, taking part, and connecting again to confirm results.
   The photocopies used in the issue of the claim may be reimbursed at a rate of eight cents per photocopy.
   
   The company LSF Network will reimburse postage costs used by Participants when issuing the request for reimbursement also.
   
   Conditions for reimbursement of participation expenses:
   
   To qualify for reimbursement of costs, the Participant must attach the following to the request:
   
   1. Name, address, e-mail address, name of the game in which he participated, a photocopy of his identity card and date and time of participation.
   
   2. A photocopy of a household bill for example a phone bill. This photocopy will serve as proof of address.
   
   Participants who do not pay for their connection on a time-related basis (those possessing an account that is not billed by time connected) will not be reimbursed as their connection to the prize draw is not considered to have brought about particular costs.
   
   Reimbursements will be made by cheque within ninety days of receipt of the application after verifying the validity of requests, including that the information contained in the claims in relation to information recorded on the form of Registered seized on the event site.
   In the case of any extension or postponement of the Operation, the deadline for obtaining settlement of the Operation and reimbursements (stamp and internet connection charges) would be postponed accordingly.
9. General Information
   9.1. Each Participant authorizes the company LSF Network to conduct any verification of identity, address and date of birth. Any misrepresentation of identity or false address causes immediate elimination of the Participant reimbursement of incentives already sent.
   
   The organiser reserves the right to publish on and off-line the winner’s name and the details of the prize won, as long as this does not in any way affect their rights. If the prize is won by a Participant under the age of 18, the permission of their parents or guardian will be required.
   
   9.2. The company LSF Network does not hold any liability if, in cases of major force or events beyond its control, if forced to cancel, shorten, extend, defer or amend the conditions of participation (changing modes of access in operation at the beginning of the Promotion). The company LSF Network can not be held responsible for any telephone disturbances, handling of the Internet, if the power prevents a Participant to complete the registration form allowing him to participate in the Promotion. Finally, the company LSF Network can not be held liable for defects or loss of mail that may occur in postal services and electronic mail.
   
   9.3. Any participation in the Promotion involves adherence to this Regulation. Non-compliance with this regulation, and any fraud or attempted fraud, committed to improperly collect an incentive or any malicious intent to disrupt the progress of the Promotion, may give rise to elimination; LSF Network reserves the right to prosecute.
   
   9.4. The company LSF Network reserves the right to make any changes to the settlement of the Promotion, at any time without notice or obligation to justify its decision and that its liability may be incurred as a result. The Participant is deemed to have accepted these changes simply because of its participation in Operation from the date of entry into force of the amendment.
   
   9.5. Any dispute or claim related to Promotion will not be considered after the 01/09/2008, midnight (GMT +1).
   
   These terms and conditions have been submitted by SCP SIMONIN - LE MAREC - GUERRIER, Bailiff of Justice located at 54 rue Taitbout, 75009 Paris, France, and they have the responsibility for the correct operation of this prize draw.
   Any difficulty in the interpretation or application of this regulation will be subject to the assessment of the company LSF Network.
   
   9.6. The regulation is tabled in the study of CPC SIMONIN and LE MAREC. This regulation is sent, free of charge to any person who requests in writing to:

   The postage will be reimbursed (in relation to the rate in force in France) by cheque by sending the request in accordance with the procedure described in Article 8 of these Regulations "request for reimbursement of postage."
   
   9.7. The information regarding the participants is forwarded to FRANCE 24 or its subsidiaries and affiliates.
   The information provided by participants could be used to inform them of the news of FRANCE 24 and its subsidiaries and be used in data processing unless they demonstrate a willingness to be removed from the subscription. They will receive a right of access, rectification or radiation data upon request to the address of the game:

   In accordance with the French law and freedom computer No. 78-17, 06/01/78, specifying name, first name and postal address.
   
   9.8. The reproduction, representation or operation of all or part of the Promotion "FRANCE 24 Free Competition: "The news in pictures" as well as games that are proposed are strictly prohibited.
   
   9.9. The invalidity of any provision of this regulation will not affect the validity of other clauses.
   
   9.10 It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever to modify or attempt to modify the proposed gaming devices, including the purpose of altering the results.
   The winner must comply with the regulation. If it turns out that the winner does not meet the criteria of this Regulation the incentive will not be awarded and will remain property of the organizer.
   
   9.11 The mere fact of participating in this game implies acceptance pure and simple, without reservation, of this Regulation.
   
   9.12 The winner must accept that his identity may be published, without requiring any contribution or oppose it, unless required for the benefit of its incentive.
