Hi everyone
my partner and I did the BR thing today!!
thank you all, for your help and support of myself and others who find this forum, and can again see light at the end of the tunel. :A
we didn't need to see the judge,I think he/she was busy with other things.
the clerk was gentle with us.
not half as scary as I thought it would be.
Now just waiting to see if co-op will open an account for us.
and for the next steps with the OR.

    Well done to the both of you its not an easy decision but a mile but its great when you find the people at the court so nice and helpful and i personally thank the courts for that i really do.

    Anyway enjoy i bet you first great nights sleep in ages and welcome to the club and your new life after debt.

    Well done bet you feel a lot better now. Took a couple of days for it to sink in with me. Had a quick chat with OR while I was at court I just have paper work to do for them now. I have a prov date for phone interview.
