Hi Vixter,
I recently ordered some reels of 2" poly tear florist's ribbon on line from Ebay, £1.95 for 100 yds (from Rays Florist Ltd, ). They have a choice of 22 colours. Delivery was very reasonable, they only charged me £5.57 for 3 reels, and that was for delivery to Spain, and they will combine postage if buying more than one item.
I then followed these instructions ....
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Flower-Hour/Make-these-Beautiful-Bows.html
I changed it slightly, I used 10 strips and then split each one into 6.
I admit it did take me a few attempts to get it right, but once my items are wrapped in cellofane and have some dangly ribbons, you really can't tell that the bows are handmade.
Just noticed they actually sell the pull bows too!A creative mess is better than tidy idleness
