Well they'll still need to travel to the shop to spend them - so why not just pay cash?

I think people just think everything on ebay is a bargain. I've seen used DVDs go for several pounds more than they cost new on play.com many times. They just assume ebay is the cheapest place they will get them and common sense goes out the window ("well if they're £10.50 on ebay they'd be at least £12 in the shops" :rotfl: ).

I don't think logically do I? :o Or answer :) I meant to send to someone that's near to a Next? (Seems as stupid as the first question .... does it make sense to anyone but me? ;))

But I'd never buy a DVD from eBay, Unless it was from someone with 99.9%, but in eBay's defence, I've had some cracking bargains :D

lol It really is illogical. If I wanted £100 of wine, I would go and buy it from a choice of places. If I wanted majestic wine vouchers I would go buy them, If I wanted the hassle of waiting for vouchers to arrive I would buy these.

    stupid lady!

    Worse still......

You can actually buy £100 worth of Majestic vouchers for about £94 if you use the right credit card (cash back) and via GreasyPalm (3.75%)

Well as it's now on topic ;), when people buy things through cashbacks etc, do the click on the banner above? Or go to the site itself, i.e. Rpoints, GreasyPalm etc?

I've never gotten the hang of combining one or both :o

I think if you use one of the above links and sign up then MSE will get a "referral" fee for recommending you, but I don't think they get anthing if you are already a member - that is only an educated guess though.

I have them on my favourites bar so I never use those links :o

This is so true, i have seen DVDs going for over a tenner when if they went onto Play they could get the exact same DVD brand new with free P&P for a fiver. Its madness.
