advice please

payplan contacted me this morning about starting up a dmp as i left my details on their website,
i worked out last night i owe about 17500 (worse than i thought!) these debts are in my name only, dh has got his own debts and a bike on finance, we share the household costs etc but pay our won debts the thing is we have 1 joint unsecured loan that he pays, now dh is not behind on his payments but has no money left after paying everything so cannot help me with my debts hence me sorting out a dmp,
anyway payplan said i have got to include this in my dmp, now i dont have a problem with this as my credit rating aint an issue at the moment but dh doesnt want it to affect his sooo what do i do? payplan says i have to include this even if i dont pay it as its a debt in my name too (will bring total for me up to about £27000!) can i include it and dh still continue to pay the full amount???
any advice would be grateful, beginning to lose sleep now!
i worked out also that i could prob afford £100 to pay towards a dmp a month would this be acceptable considering how high my debts are?

Could your name be taken off the loan? That way your dh could continue paying it and his credit wouldn't be affected.
I'm not sure how you would go about that tho'.

hi thanks for the reply, not sure if they would take my name off the loan?? as it was a joint application, does anyone know if this can be done at all?
