I've been to M&S uniform shopping today and bought £35 worth of lovely food which is only enough for tea tonight and lunch tomorrow. It did also include sandwiches and cakes to eat on the drive home 0 0

Hi, I`m new to the boards, though I have been an avid reader for a while. Well mbaz, you`ve got me bang to rights. Went shopping for collapsible water carrier for daughter`s camping gear (first festival (Reading) - rite of passage) in Argos (use Nectar points) when I happened to pass Ikea. A free coffee with my family card, I thought, what could be more Money Saving than that? Answer : coming out with nearly £30 quids worth of stuff. Ok, some is batteries (cheap) and I did NEED a new pillow to cure snoring (says DH), but I was tempted and fell...Debt September 2020 BIG FAT ZERO!
Now mortgage free, sort of retired, reducing and reusing and putting money away for grandchildren...0
