Hi, allthe information everyone has been sharing has been great advice, we are in the same situation and plan to move to rented accomidation and let the house be reposessed, however when we move should we tell the credit card people and all other people we owe money to our new address, and should we declare ourselves BR or wait for one of the people we owe money to make us BR and finally should we just stop paying voluntry contributions etc. we also have a personal loan with NAtwest and were planning to open new back account for wages etc and stop paying that loan aswell. advice please, thanksp.s we have mortgage with Northern Rock!!

It costs them £1,000 and they know they have no chance of getting much if anything back. and finally should we just stop paying voluntry contributions etc. Yes if you have sought legal advice and bc is suggested to you then stop ALL payments to creditorswe also have a personal loan with NAtwest and were planning to open new back account for wages etc and stop paying that loan aswell. advice please,Thats ok but do not open the account at the same bank as they can and will off set. thanksp.s we have mortgage with Northern Rock!!
