Updated Printable Money off Coupons & Policies Thread (NO CHAT)

Just to let you all know. I heard from a customer service manager that always takes all coupons, that they will be stopping taking coupons if you haven't bought the item in a certain Tescos in Nottingham. The reason being that a family had been returning 3 times a day when the shifts change to put more coupons through, but it has been picked up on CCTV. She wasn't sure how long it was going to take, but said it will be implemented in that store VERY soon. If it was someone on here........thanks for ruining it! :mad:

Its becoming policy soon (don't know when) that if you don't have the product the coupon aint going to be accepted as alot of coupons were being abused and people were trying to use vouchers for petrol.

I fully appriciate that this is not a chat thread, but I would ask that discretion is used, as this information I got from Customer head office this morning, may apply to us all.

THE DISCRETION OF COUPONS IS NOW AT STORE MANAGERS LEVEL, NOT JUST INTERNET COUPONS
STORES CAN RESTRICT VOUCHERS TO 10% OF BILL OR 1 VOUCHER ONLY
INTERNET COUPON ACCEPTANCE IS BEING PHASED OUT

THIS IS ALL DUE TO PEOPLE ABUSING THE POLICY, AT SOME STORES, HENCE THE DECISION BEING MADE AT STORE LEVEL AS THEY MAY KNOW/OR CAN CONTROL THE VOUCHERS

TOO MANY PHOTOCOPIES ARE BEING USED, THEREFORE WHEN TESCO SUPPLEMENT THESE FOR A REFUND NO MONEY COMING BACK.
