Treacle and syrup.

With Black Treacle and Syrup being so cheap in Tesco,
is there anything I can make (only have a microwave)that would keep
without having to freeze (no space left).
Thanks for reading. Thoughts welcome.

There is a microwave steam pudding recipe somewhere on the forum. I doubt it would keep long though.

The treacle and syrup will keep as is.

Yes I think you right, stuff won't keep. Will buy a few tins of each and make up stuff as I go. Presently use them on porridge in the mornings with fresh fruit.
Perhaps preserving with whole fruit might work, as in plums and syrup and blackberries with treacle.

I make bread pudding with treacle and syrup sponge with (you guessed it) syrup.

They keep for ages in the tins......

My two love syrup on porridge.
