Tick and Win LTD - help please

A letter from Tick and Win Ltd dropped through my door this morning and have been museing over it ever since, have tried to research them on the net but to no avail.
Has anyone had dealings with them?, if so are they ok to deal with.
They state on there letter that
1. earn from distributing Tick and Win surveys.
2. Profit from products using your own coded leaflets
3. Earn from distributing laflets, takeaway menus,etc for businesses and other organisations
4. Earn from printing. - they claim that if you send them all the leaflets that drop through your door they'll make arrangements for for the reprinting at unbeatable prices and you get 50% of the profits including future reprints.
The snag is they want £99 for there 'start up pack'.
