If you are a student, have you accounted for the single person's CT allowance in your sums?
Hi, I will be a student in a few weeks time, but I'm not single. I'm married with 2 little ones. What is the CT allowance? I don't think I'll even be eligable for the ALG as it's not my first level3 qualification I'll be studying for.
Thanks x:heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:0 -
Hi
If you are a full-time student, then your partner should be able to claim a single person's allowance. It does not refer to thier marital status but to the fact that there is only one person in the household who is not a student. Cuts 25% off the council tax bill. Your college will do you a letter that you send.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thank you, I'll look into that when I enrol on 26th Aug
Sounds worth having! :heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:0
