Vol Repo

We are looking to do a Vol Repo. I've read that you can write to them but also go into the bank and return your keys that way.
I thought it would be easier to go into a branch.
If we go into branch I assume I will need them to sign something to
confirm they've recieved the keys, what info do I need to make sure I get from them and also will they need our new adress, was hoping I didn't have to give it out.

Are you planning on bankruptcy too??
Never, ever sign anything to do with a repossession. You could unwittingly end up signing a declaration you are liable for shortfalls regardless of circumstance and this makes messy any BR plans.
Have you spoken to CCCS or Payplan? Their numbers are at the top of the DFW board and its essential you speak to someone before you act.0 -

Izabel is already BR I think.
The advice about not signing anything that states you are liable for a shortfall/fees is good, as we know.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
