..... My husband finally faced up to facts 2 months ago and has now declared himself bankcrupt. It is such a relief and the OR has said he will probably be speed tracked and be free in 8 months. I am now looking to do an IVA as over the last couple of years I have bore the brunt of the bills and got myself further in debt…

Hi re bank accounts. Try Alliance and Leicester as they are currently offering £50 if you open an online account and pay in a minimum of £500 per month. Or have a look at cash back sites to see if there are any other deals.
