Good price, but spare dedicated battery will be expensive. I would have bought it if it took AA batteries.

My Mum has this camera, its fantastic...pics blow away so many newer cameras costing around £200 (when used by unskilled photographers I guess)

The battery life lasts for between 300 and 500 photos depending on if flash is used and she often doesn't charge it once during a week away. Not sure why you'd want to carry to carry loads of AA battery's around with you??

For this price its an absolute steel, it will produce great photos everytime without having to change any settings manually. :T

I have the z80 Casio, and spare batts for that one are only £3-3.50 delivered on e bay, this camera probably takes the same battery, although they dont last as long as the expensive original, this is an excellent camera and takes brilliant video, almost as good as my Sony Handycam
  • can anyone post the link to where it is for sale on the Asda website as i cant find it anywhere
