Complete a reasonably short survey about holiday romance

• No purchase is necessary to take part in the survey or the prize draw. The survey and the prize draw are open only to UK residents aged 18 or over who are Opodo newsletter subscribers.
• In order to participate in the prize draw for a £100 e-voucher, Participants must complete the survey in full and submit it. Surveys may be submitted until Friday 22nd August 2008 or until Opodo has received 1,000 completed online surveys, whichever occurs sooner.
• Information provided by Participants in this survey will be used by Opodo (and Opodo's agents involved in running the prize draw) for the purposes of this prize draw and for market analysis purposes. The results of such analysis may be published. However, no report based on the market analysis will contain any personal information (i.e. that can identify you). In all other respects Opodo's privacy policy shall apply. • The prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Opodo or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation and running of the prize draw or their direct family members.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries.

Drawing of the winner:

• The prize draw will take place with the winner being drawn randomly by Opodo on Tues 2 September 2008 and the winner being notified by or before Thurs 4th September 2008.
• Opodo's decision concerning the determination of the winner will be final.
• The winner will be sent an email providing further information about the prize and how to redeem it.
• The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the email within 21 days of the date the email is sent. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 21 days they will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize

The prize:

• The prize will consist of one e-voucher to the value of £100 redeemable against flights booked via the Opodo website or call centre (details of which will be provided to the winner).
• The voucher must be used by the 31 December 2008.
• Should you make any change to a booking made using the e-voucher, that e-voucher will become invalid and you may be charged an amount equal to the value of the e-voucher.
• The voucher is not transferable or refundable. The voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• The voucher must be redeemed against one booking only. Any unused credit cannot be carried over to another booking. The winner must be one of the passengers flying.
• The prize is subject to these Conditions of Participation and to the airline's terms and conditions. Redemption of the prize is strictly subject to availability and capacity control and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize.

Limitation of Liability:

• Opodo reminds Participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and does not accept any responsibility for occurrences resulting from a Participant's connection to the Internet via the Opodo website.
• In particular, Opodo does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to Participants, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional, or commercial activities.
• Further, Opodo shall not be responsible if one or more Participants are unable to connect to the Opodo website or participate in this prize draw, or if the entries of one or more Participants are late or lost, due to any technical problem or any problem linked to congestion of the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• In the event of circumstances arising outside of Opodo's control, which in Opodo's opinion make it necessary to suspend, change or cancel the prize draw, Opodo reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the prize draw at any time.
• If for any reason Opodo is unable to provide the prize, Opodo will use reasonable endeavours to reasonably replace it with another prize of equal value. Opodo shall not be responsible for the fulfilment of the flights.
• Once bookings have been made, the responsibility of the flight will be with the airline. All flight arrangements shall be governed by the airline's standard conditions of carriage. By participating in the survey and responding to it, you declare that you accept these Conditions of Participation unconditionally, and particularly that you consent to Opodo's use of the information you provided for the anonymised publication of the survey.
