Clearing a CCJ

Hi,
My GF got a CCJ from Severn Trent Water in regards to an unpaid bill incurred after she let out her property and did not inform Severn Trent.
She is positive that she did call ST to leave a forwarding address, but they claim they have no record.
She did not recieve the post from Severn trent until the CCJ had been issued.
She immediately settled the CCJ but it still remains on her credit history.
What is the likelyhood of getting the CCJ removed from her credit file? And what steps would need to be taken to do this?
Thanks.

Contact the court where the CCJ was issued, requesting the decision be "Set a side" for the reasons you give above.scoobydoo05 wrote: »What is the likelyhood of getting the CCJ removed from her credit file? I suggest having a read of this factsheet and then contacting nationaldebtline to see if you can have the CCJ set aside.
