Free Software - Avoid eyestrain when using your computer!

Found this excellent freebie as I've been experiencing eyestrain of late. EyeDefender is an application which adds an icon in your system tray (by the clock) and counts down to your specified interval and then can either initiate either of the following to alert you to take a break from the computer;
  • Show a picture
  • Visual training
  • Activate the default screen saver
  • Show a balloon pop-up in the system tray
You can configure the interval between breaks and the actual break duration.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista

Please note: The software is free for private, non-commercial use. Any commercial use or distribution of the software requires a Commercial License.
Purchase EyeDefender Commercial License ($14.95) for one workstation.

Download here from Softpedia - no spyware, ad-ware or viruses.

Enjoy and keep those eye's healthy!
