Hello everybody x
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for cheap lunches/ dinners for my 3 year old!?
Unfortunatly she is a bit fussy at the mo and will only seem to eat pasta with grated cheese, cheese on toast, sometimes beans and sausages on toast, cheese sandwich.... ( does no like potatoes though )
Oh she will have ham too.... and cucumber and brocolli is the only veg she will eat.... she does like strawberries, apples and grapes too but the desserts are not the problem really.... just needing a bit of inspiration for her lunches/ dinners please x x
so here is a list of the things she does like.....
Cheese
Cucumber
Ham
Chicken ( but is not keen on sauces for some bizarre reason but does eat the pasta sauce in ikea! )
Brocolli
Pasta
Sausages
If any one has any ideas that would be fab as i am ashamed to say i am a rubbish cook and cannot think of anything else to do for her... bit sick of making cheese on toast....

How about using a muffin sliced in half as a pizza base? Spread on some tomato puree, sprinkle basil, cheese/ham, etc. Would she eat sweetcorn, pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, etc as you could add these.
Tortillas - drop a tortilla in a dry frying pan, add grated cheese, ham, anything else she might like. Pop another on top. Leave for a few moments then turn it over.
Would she eat crackers rather than bread for a change. Or mini pitta bread? Leave the filling on the plate so she can fill it herself.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0
