10 days later and still no wine, even though it should have been delivered yesterday and I waited in for it. :mad:

E-mailed them asking where it is and when It will be delivered. Got a very dismissive scripted response saying it will probably be with you in a ' few days'. Now that's a lot of use !

The e-mail also asked if I was happy with the response, of course I wasn't so clicked the link to send them feedback. Thirty minutes later I received a call from their 'executive office' apologising for the response and for the lack of wine which they tell me should have actually been delivered on the 22nd and not the 26th.
I await an update !

I just tried the code and it says its expired, annoyed really as I tried it last week and the wine I wanted was out of stock!!! anyone have any different codes please x

Mine arrived yesterday :beer: 6 red and 6 white! thats 5 xmas presents sorted, would have been 6 but I turned my back for one minute snd OH has sneeked a bottle out for himself!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I e-mailed them as my order hadn't arrived by the 26th. I got a reply back telling me that my wine was out of stock and the order had been cancelled, but they hoped I could find something else or buy when back in stock.:mad:

Not a happy bunny, I replied on the feedback link. The wonders of technology meant that didn't display properly at their end, so just had another reply telling me that they were sorry I had not been informed automatically by their system.

I will reply again as I feel they got caught out with an inefficient system and M&S should be able to do better. Even Tesco can manage to phone and say that your wine has gone out of stock. :rolleyes:

If they had let me know, I could have reused the code on something else and still made a saving.

Through the problems with my order I've come to realise how appalling the M+S delivery service is. I'm still having ongoing problems with them.

Note, M+S do NOT use their own delivery service (do they have one ?), they use a company called Home Delivery Network who I've had dealings with before and they are utterly useless. I'm amazed that a supposedly better quality company such as M+S use such an inferior courier company.

I've done 4 orders with them of late and 3 arrived. 2 wine orders were slow and a cushions purchase was pretty quick, so not too much to complain about............
................... apart from my original order made on the 18th Aug. - no sign of it so far. It was available (1st order) and went out of stock when I tried to order another 6 bottles.

Fingers crossed, maybe they'll upgrade my order!!!!!!!!!!!!!
