ok, you would be looking at council tax, have a look at www.voa.gov.uk/council_taxto see what band your council tax fix into. be sure to let them know that you are living alone so you get your 25% discount.
depending on what are of the country you are in allocate 75-95 for this.
Bills, we are in a 2 bed semi so just based on what we pay, 25 leccy 30 gas, but i do work from home so may be slightly slightl cheaper for you. if you allocate 35 leccy and 40 gas that will take into account the winter motnhs when you use more.
Water would be around £40 per month, are you metered?
T.V licence £21 to start for first 6 months then will reduce to £11 ish.
food depends on who you are how you eat and if you are able to plan your meals, make things in batch and freeze them or are an eat on the go person which will be much more expensive. i'd say on £75 you could eat well for the month'
