I have trouble getting to sleep with the bedroom light on but OH wants to read. I thought about getting a light worn round the forehead (similar to one a doctor would use). Have tried to search on internet but no luck yet. Can anyone help!!

Saw this one on Google which is similar in style to one I bought at Borders. Our Borders has just had a load of new stock of them and they are in the Christmas present area.
