    just rung up and gave them the reference code and they asked me for another reference code as well which is seven digits long???? can anyone help me, thanks

    I just rang them and they said they need my BSM ID number as well as reference number and i didnt learn with BSM so cannot get free cover! anyone else had this problem? :eek: :eek:

    Same thing happened to me. RAC must be getting wise to this one! Shame.

    My oh got his details too this morning, he did learn with bsm though.

    I don't think there is any catch to it, except the offer doesn't work anymore I don't think.
