Yea.......We've exchanged!!

Finally.......after such a rollercoaster of the past few months we exchanged contracts at 3.45pm yesterday.

It was such a relief I can't tell you. I won't bore you with the ups and downs of the past week. Suffice to say that it rates in my top 3 of stressful weeks and I had a monstrous headache all day yesterday.

We also got through the MARAS reference application and move out in a week and 6 days.

Although I will be very sad to leave the house, we sold to avoid repossession and to reduce our outgoings, so fingers crossed we achieve this. I have got a lovely 3 bed house which is immaculate inside (so will be spending most of my time wiping grubby marks off the walls and skirtings).

Really haven't had the emtional energy to post much recently, but now need to get my internet sorted for the new house so I can post regularly again.

Anyway.....thanks to all who offered advice and support over the past few weeks. It is much appreciated. x
