On July 31st I received a letter from 1st Credit stating that they don't have the CCA that I requested and Sky Card still have it (Sky Card being a form of Mastercard) and that they'd get it from them - as long as I get in touch as soon as it arrives to arrange settlement.
It's now the 16th and I have heard nothing from Sky Card or 1st Credit. I was under the impression it had to be supplied within 12 days.
So where do I go now?
Any ideas anyone? Please? Pretty please?
<confused and trying to sort myself out>

You don't have to do anything.
Until they supply a valid copy of the executed agreement they are not entitled to enforce the debt.
Some people here have composed various "reminder" template letters that you can send, but that is up to you and they are not strictly needed.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Ta for that.
I've done my bit so I'll leave it until they get back to me.
Funny thing is though - I'm sure I got the card through the internet and didnt sign anything???0 -
Normally when you take out a cc online you opt to tick a box as opposed to recieving and returning documents, saving time etc. This is normally a part of the application process. It does state normally that by ticking the box you have technically signed and agreed to all terms and conditions listed. So in a nut shell the ticked box is your signature. Hope this helps, sorry if it doesn't!War does not decide who is right, It decides who is left.0

Yep. I wasn't aware that this was an online agreement.
The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Electronic Communications) Order 2004 does permit Consumer Credit Agreements made after 31/12/2004 to be agreed and signed electronically.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
