I emailed them about my missing item not being refunded, and they have refunded my money today, I don't think they are trying to rip people off they just seem to be very disorganised.

I'm size 10 as well and I found some decent emu boots on this site. :j but honestly speaking I have no idea either where they get those knee high boots, there must be some specialist shops :huh:0
