Bread making- daft question

Managed to pick up some Hovis Bread Mixes for 29p at Mr T and it states 2lb loaf, the only tin I have states 2 lb but I usually just make banana or carrot cake in it will it be ok for bread or will it spill over the sides????

If its a 2lb tin you should be fine... the bread dough will puff up higher than the top of the tin but will support its own weight-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50
