Don't have one to hand, but search for CCA on the DFW board and you will come across it in no time!

have tried but its finding all the words "signed" "credit" "agreement" and apprently we all like these words - there in almost every post lol thought someone might have one to hand lol will keep looking but thanks anyway

Another quick Q - debt on Credit file saying i owe £77 but i KNOW they havent had a signed credit agreement - debts going back to 2004 - DCA just started chasing (actually though i'd cleared it) can they still make me pay even if they dont have signed CA?

If the creditor/DCA does not comply with the CCA request, then they are not entitled to enforce the agreement. The only way they can legally "enforce" the agreement (or "make you pay) is to take you to court, which in theory without a CCA they should not be able to succesfully do if you defend it.

But if they should dig up a copy at a later date then then in theory they could "enforce" again.

    What is this debt for?

    OK. :)

I was just making sure that this wasn't an overdraft or a mobile phone contract or another type of debt that doesn't require a CCA.
