No kizzy - I am on what they call a 'seasonal' contract, which, basically, means that they can use me when they want - I was only ever after part time work whilst I was looking for a job which was more suited to me, so I suppose I can not complain. Nevertheless it does seem a bit strange that I have suddenly gone from virtually working every day to not even getting a phone call.
And no work = no money literally - I do not qualify for any benefits as I was self-employed for 25 years.
Never mind - at least I'm not missing Corrie and Big Brother. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Well, I have NOT been out at all today, so, as hoped, it has, indeed, been an NSD. :T :T
My wife had to go to ASDA for some of the budgetted shopping that she didn't get yesterday and spent £9.70, but still within budget.

I am, now, on my 16th day without smoking   - still not easy, but getting better.
I don't suppose there is anything worth watching on the telly this evening.

Thanks, mickey - it is dificult and, at the moment at least, I can not, hand on heart, say that I would refuse a cigarette if offered one, I am trying - I set myself targets - I have an interview next Friday and have decided that that is my next 'target date' - If I can make it till next Friday, then the next target date should become a bit easier (it will, in all fairness, probably depend on how the interview goes - and, at least I won't be 'smelling like an ashtray' during my interview.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
