I've got a quick question, sort of off topic but does anyone know if I would be able to combine clubcard deals and whitbread vouchers to purchase a butlins holiday ?

In case anyone was interested, I've just rung butlins and the answer is no to combining the clubcard deals with the vouchers. Its either one or the other. Thats a shame.

Nice touch to acknowledge Remembrance Day at the top right of the homepage.

    Hello

yes they are - ut we're jsut showing you the places you can spend them!!

Is there a better way we can do this? How can we make you happier?

    Thanks

    Darragh

Call them Leisure Vouchers (if that's what they actually are) and print a list on them of all the places that take them? Or, just print the URL with the up-to-date list of the places that take them - we do all have Internet access so no need to splash out on printing costs, and no need to administer umpteen different vouchers.

Daragh, you haven't responded to my previous points, so maybe I'm not flavour of the month.

However, could you enlighten us as to what happens to new offers on Mondays, the ones we've come to call 10-point clickthroughs on here?

If everyone is accurately recording on here the number of 10-point offers they see on their home page every Monday, it would seem that PB send different offers to different people.

If this is a correct deduction, how does this work?

Interesting question, and time for a little education!

All the offers on the homepage are divided as follows:

You have 3 up the top chosen by us to say "these are super offers" or ones chosen by you lot as really popluar. There are 6 of those that rotate.

Then all the ones underneath come from your chosen categories of interest. Therefore if you haven't chosen horseracing for example, you won't see a horseracing offer on your homepage!!

So there's 9 of those every Monday - 6 with 10 PiggyPoints and 3 without any and sometimes (like this morning) we'll put up different ones midweek, depending on whether the offer is worth it.

So yes, we send different offers to different people because the categories that they've chosen when they registered (what you've told us you're interested in) are different...

    Clear as mud?

Okey dokey - will do that on Monday!
