Absolutely agree with Mrs E. I've tried clinique and found that too drying/harsh. I don't actually use the Liz Earle toner, I find using the cleanse & polish and moisturiser is enough.

Not sure if the offer of 3 cleanse & polish with free postage is still on. Can also buy it on QVC.

    no real problems as such

maybe a tad on the sensitive side , but really she wants something to clean her face with instead of soap , and something to put on afterwards like a moisturiser

she doesnt wear make up often if that makes any differance

The best not-too-expensive exfoliant I've found is actually in the mens range at the Body Shop :D Think it's called For Men Rice Scrub and it's about £6 or £7.

If she has no skin problems as such, then probably any branded or own-brand cleanser would be ok, it'd just be a case of trying the different ones to see which she prefers. Also, you can often find mild/soap-free cleansers for not very much money on the baby section in Boots or at the supermarket (I often use these!)

In that case has to be liz earle. If shes used to soap and water the Cleanse and Polish will be a doddle. If she wants cheaper then Tescos BNatural range has a cheap copy (not as nice and can feel a bit drying for some)

Liz Earle also does a good selection of moisturisers - If shes a bit oily the light one is the one to choose.

She may find the muslin cloth exfoliant enough to start with, she may want to add to the routine later
