What can i do with....

I have been given the contents of a freezer tonight which includes:
Frozen chicken best before end june but guessing as it was frozen it should be ok?
pack of baby carrotts
pack of garden peas
pack of mixed veg
pack of broccoli and cauli
bag of chopped mushrooms
a few 'clumps' of frozen spinach
Mum picked me some fresh bobby beans and runner beans which i have frozen
I am hoping i could use all of the above to make a cracking mass of soup/stew or casserole and freeze it but have no idea how to make any of them.
Any ideas gratefully received....
