I wanna buy a new tumble dryer

Hi,
I'm looking to get a new tumble dryer; I currently have a combination washer/dryer (which was due to lack of space) but can now put a separate tumbler in the garage. Not too bothered what it looks like as it's not going to be in the house, looking for energy rating at least C, and 5 or 6 kg load.
I've done a scout around on the internet and have come up with the following shortlist:
http://www.365electrical.co.uk/servlet/marks.WasherDetailsServlet?productId=AWZ3303 - 6kg C, WHIRLPOOL AWZ3303, £140.99
http://www.365electrical.co.uk/servlet/marks.WasherDetailsServlet?productId=IS60VU - 6kg C, INDESIT IS60VU, £142.99
http://www.lxdirect.com/rf/navigation/product.do?Mis_item_id=15&product=232742670&D=280678155&Ntt=280678155&Dx=mode+matchall&Ntk=group_search&Mis_item_loc_id=1&Ntx=mode%20matchallpartial&Np=1&N=0&Nu=this_product&Nty=1&thisprod=232742670&SNtt=KZ117&SNu=pca_id
(£143.50, 5kg C, Creda TVU1)
http://www.lxdirect.com/rf/navigation/product.do?Mis_item_id=15&product=232735023&D=280633552&Ntt=280633552&Dx=mode+matchall&Ntk=group_search&Mis_item_loc_id=1&Ntx=mode%20matchallpartial&Np=1&N=0&Nu=this_product&Nty=1&thisprod=232735023&SNtt=PE465&SNu=pca_id
(£153.50, 6kg, C, Hotpoint Aquarius)
They're all around the same price and spec as far as I can see, so it's hard to choose. Does anyone know if any brands are particularly better than others, more reliable etc? Or is there anything else I should be taking into consideration?
Kept seeing lots by White Knight which I've never heard of so have ignored so far - are they any good or is it a cheap brand that may not be reliable?
Thanks guys.

Hi , I spent days searching for the best deal I could find.Taking into acount discount codes, cashback sites and delivery costs, I had decided on Hoover PPV160 White Vented Tumble Dryer. From Argos, but was put off by the potential long delivery on this model.
Argos might be worth you looking at, as they have quite a few and the delivery costs were reasonable as I recall, and if you order before 6th nov you get a £10. voucher back.
If your going for LX direct you may beable to find a voucher, especially if you've not shopped there before.
Any way my brother gave me his as he never used it so that was great moneysaving for me.0 -
I would say that you should go down to your local library and get the lastest copy of the "Which" magazine that has a review on tumble dryers. I used them to choose my washing machine. The article will answer most if not all of your questions. What is more reliable.. works better and how long it takes to dry etc. With my washing machine I used it to purchase a more expensive machine that performed better and was much more reliable (breakdown rate was %5 in 6years compared to 30% of other models).
What every you want to buy always look in the Which magazine.“…the ‘insatiability doctrine – we spend money we don’t have, on things we don’t need, to make impressions that don’t last, on people we don’t care about.” Professor Tim Jackson

I just bought one from lx direct for £98.00 with discount including delivery. Bargain! I don't know the make model off hand but if you need more info pm me and I will try and help further with more details.0

We've had a White Knights Tumble Dryer for over 10 years - it gets plenty of use (2 adults and 3 children), it is stored in the garage with no particular attention paid to it (we've had it in 3 different houses) and we have never (touch wood) had any problem with it at all. Can't remember how much we paid for it though.0 -
I've got a White Knight, it has blown up after 3 years and I have never been impressed with it. It has always taken about 2 hours to dry a regular load. Maybe I just had a bad one though.0
