                    Hi,
Received a letter this morning from the Insolvency Service which reads as follows.
I am writing to inform you that your bankruptcy file will shortly be transferred to the regional trustee and liquidator unit for this office. The RTLU will deal with any assets remaining in your estate and payments that may be made to your creditors.
........................
They've taken my RAV and I start paying £50 per month from September 1st.
Do they want more?
My OR said that the RAV was the only asset they would want so what is going on? My daughter bought me a car. Will they want that as well?
Nancy

It's a good sign and means that things are progressing. RTLU deal with assets such as nil tax codes and IPAs, means the OR has finished his/her investigations.0

Really??????? You've just made my day. Thankyou! Well the IPA is all sorted and my bank starts paying on the 1st of next month. No one's mentioned nil tax codes
I did think about fighting the IPA considering how the price of everything keeps going up but decided that as the OR had allowed me petrol, insurance and tax on the RAV that they then took, I might be pushing my luck.
So does this mean there won't be a knock on the door for the TV???

It's amazing how a letter which had me panicking again suddenly gets turned around just with a few kind words.
I'll sleep tonight.
Many thanks all.
