has anyone had any problems with the time delay, just got some wipes and handed over the 200 pts voucher, I was sure the SA scanned it but the points are not showing on the receipt....

Does anyone have a copy of the Mitchum 50% off coupon that scans with having to be doen manually?
The one I have has to be put in manually so the SA's get a bit funny!

... it was an absolute nightmare if (like me) you need one hand to hold a walking stick, need somewhere to put your purse down safely and you can't move quickly. The poor SA was jumping to my aid everytwo seconds!

Shall only do it again if there is a very good glitch.

I there, i havent managed to print off the mitchem vouchers as yet as my mums comp doesnt have word.

Is there any other way of viewing a good few of the vouchers onone page using a pdf file?

Nasty sales assistant ruined my bootsing today. i was so happy with all the bargains i was getting but she really spoiled it first of all she put everything through wrong and i told her that wasn't the right price so she voided it and started again, while a massive queue was building up behind me. she made me pay for my phone top-up separately which i was annoyed at, cos i was only getting it to hide the glitches! didn't even get a tilspit for it. she then said i couldn't use the mag voucher for 200 points on time delay, as i was already using a tillspit. then she wasn't going to let me get a reduced TD serum with the spit cos it was already reduced. she didn't have a clue! she most certainly didn't like me getting the TS glitch and didn't quite know what to do when the total was so low! managed to get it in the end but it was quite an ordeal. however.....sweet revenge at the end of all that, what pops out of the till, but one of those survey things, he he, so she suddenly got a lot more friendly! i told her i would defnitely be completing the online survey, which i have just done. i told them exactly what i thought of her :rolleyes:

anyway, i'm looking at my TS and TD stash and i feel bit calmer now. will just make sure i avoid her at all costs in future!

xmastree ..... I can totally sympathise with you about a mean SA - have had my fair share over the last couple of months !

Just think that you got your 'revenge' when you filled out the online survey (just wish I had got them when I had my bad shops!)

It does make you cross, but for every bad SA there are about 10 absolutely wonderful ones (who are a total asset to Boots I might add!) so you just have to take the rough with the smooth and make sure you don't visit her till again !
