Fab Boots shop for me today! First big haul in absolutely ages.
Got a some gorgeous mini mode tops for my niece (£5 for 3), some of the Lynx duo packs for £4, TS glitch although there was no long hair serum so had to pay £2.01 for my goodies. Got six ( ) packets of chocolate buttos as these are 2 for 75p (or 78p each). Then used tillspits to get two TD Anti-wrinkle serums (£2.50 each reduced so got two with one spit) and a Men's TD Post Shave Balm. Used pinkies to get two pairs of cotton gloves that you use with hand cream to super moisturise your hands. £5 each so free with pinkies.
Also got these bits for my present box.
Lavender and Rose sets were £1.19 each and the No7 and TD were £1.50 and £1.99 respectively with tillspit and pinkie.
Very pleased with that little lot. Thank you so much to everyone who has posted great bargain ideas.:D:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Managed to jot down the perfume prices in my local Boots
Men
Hugo XY £12.50 40ml
Hugo selection £17.50 50ml
Hugo ltd ed £9 40ml
CK be £10.75 50ml
CK be £15.50 100ml
Women
Dior Addict Shine £13.75 20ml
Dior Addict 2 £13.75 20ml
Armani Code Woman £19 50ml
Euphoria Blossom £17.50 50ml
CKin2u £16.50 50ml
Hugo XX £14.50 40ml
Hugo Purple £17 50ml
Hugo Deep Red £17 50ml
There are more, like Poison, Kylie Minogue, Joops but I think the SA thinks I'm mad scribbling down the prices :rotfl:
If you see someone in front of the perfume shelves with a note pad, while others are sniffing the perfume, it's me :rotfl:
No7 suncream is still BOGOF, no signs of half price yet
Fragrances:
saw some of the reduced price fragrances with SEL reduced. However the reductions seem very random, for example 1 size is marked down and the other sizes are normal price. Very very weird.
I am sure about rhe J'adore Dior Eau de Parfum 50 ml for £24 (down from £48). But this is the only size that is reduced. They also had for £23.50 a limited edition bottle, but I did not want to rick it being the summer edition.
Unfortunately the Armani Code Woman £19 50ml mentioned by bun2 is the summer fragrance (at least in mine), so very light. I wanted to get this one but sprayed it on me and it was not very strong scent.
Which Stellas are reduced? any idea?
Warning about using the pinky:
something very strange happened to me and I was caught by surprise. When trying to pay for 2 N7 black bags in one transaction (2 x £3, so £1 to pay), the SA said I could only have ONE item with each voucher. I insisted I wanted to buy the 2, and she said NO. At the time, I thought this was an unusual rule becuase it was the first time someone had said that to me and decided to get a more expensive bag (£4, so free) and left the others.
But now I realize this is wrong. Completely wrong. We have all been buying several N7 items in one transaction to get the GWP and using one pinky. So I am !! So ladies, watch out for this lame excuse, if you want to get more than one thing almost free!!!0 -

Hey...would not mind one bit if you were pointing the finger to be honest!
I stopped sending huggies vouchers after 36 hours as I saw lists the following day, where people had done 3 packs of huggies a few times one after each other.
I thought perhaps people may just do the one shop etc, but it seemed 'lurkers' on the thread requesting vouchers far exceeded the regulars on here. Whilst I have no problem with sending out to 'lurkers' as alot are just shy etc, I did feel that the majority of regulars would not take the micky, but was concerned that the over use was mainly coming from 'lurkers'...could be wrong, but certainly the way it appeared at the time.
I believe in bending rules, don't we all on here really? But not taking it to the extreme some people were.
So no...not offended as I totally agree with you0 -

All Lynx is 2 for £4 in Boots at the moment. The 'glitch' is that the two-packs of Lynx also go through the til as 2 packs for £4, so therefore you end up with 4 cans for £4.
Hope that helps
